As a devoted fan of petrified wood, I discover new patterns, new color combinations, and fascinating designs every day that I can share with collectors and jewelers. Lors de mon dernier voyage en Californie, j'ai eu la chance de visiter le musée du GIA à Carlsbad, une expérience incroyable pour tous les passionnés de pierres précieuses et de minéraux. Ce musée est une véritable référence, notamment grâce à la remarquable collection de la Famille Hauser (Hauser Mineral Collection), qui met en lumière l’incroyable richesse géologique des États-Unis.

Lors de mon premier voyage au Tucson Gem, Mineral & Fossil Showcase en 2011, parmi les centaines de jaspes exposés, l'un d'eux a particulièrement retenu mon attention. Cette découverte a eu lieu au stand d'un certain Tom Wolfe, connu pour sa vaste sélection de jaspes, agates et bois silicifiés, dont beaucoup provenaient de l'ouest des États-Unis.

Our goal is to contribute to the promotion of Oregon Sunstones , an exceptional natural gem that deserves to be better known worldwide, including in France . This ambitious project, in which we are actively participating, is an opportunity to pay tribute to this gem and its unique origins. Through this site, visitors can learn more about the formation , characteristics and history of Sunstones, while discovering the extraction and cutting techniques used by local producers.
