SECTION 5 : USER OBLIGATIONS

SECTION 6 : LIMITATION OF RESPONSIBILITY
Subject to specific provisions for online sales and consumer law, WRG cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage that may result from the use of the Site, including inaccessibility, loss of data, damage, destruction or viruses that could affect users' computer equipment and/or the presence of viruses on the Site. The user declares in this respect to accept the characteristics and limits of the Internet.
WRG does not guarantee that the content of the Site is suitable for all countries in the world or available for use in all countries. Users must ensure compliance with the regulations applicable in their country, it being understood that access to the content of the Site may possibly be considered illegal for certain persons or in certain countries. WRG's waiver of asserting a violation of one of the provisions of the Conditions may not be interpreted as a waiver of asserting the violation of another provision of said General Conditions of Use.

SECTION 7 : MAINTENANCE, AVAILABLITY
WRG will use its best efforts to maintain a reasonable level of operation and availability of the Site. WRG reserves the right at any time, without notice, to limit access to the Site and its use by the user in order to carry out maintenance operations or make changes. WRG cannot be held liable in the event of interruption of access due to these maintenance or update operations.
SECTION 8 : APPLICABLE LAW - DISPUTES
These General Conditions of Use are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute relating to the application and/or interpretation of these General Terms and Conditions of Use, the User has the possibility of resorting to a conventional mediation procedure or to any other alternative dispute resolution procedure. Any disagreement or so-called consumer dispute may be the subject of an amicable settlement by mediation. The User remains free to accept or refuse recourse to mediation and, in the event of recourse to mediation, each party is free to accept or refuse the solution proposed by the mediator.
In the absence of an amicable solution or recourse to mediation, all disputes to which the General Conditions of Use could give rise will be submitted to the competent court of the User's domicile.
The fact for one of the Parties not to avail itself to the other Party of a breach of any of its obligations referred to in these General Conditions of Use, cannot be interpreted for the future. as a waiver of the obligation in question.
