WHITE RIVER GEMS, sole proprietorship, headquartered at 9 place Kléber 67000 Strasbourg – France, registered in the Trade and Companies Register of Saverne under number 532 220,746 (“ WRG ").
WRG has created this Privacy Policy to inform you of its policy and practices regarding collection, use.
WRG protects the privacy of its Internet users by respecting the applicable regulations in force. As of May 25, 2018, most personal data files have no more to be declared to the CNIL, date of entry into application of the GDPR.

The Personal Data that we are mainly likely to collect and process about you are as follows:

If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy or any changes to these terms, please exit the Site and not purchase any WRG products offered for sale on this Site.
If you choose to interact with WRG through a social media or other third party service, we will collect the information you provide to us through that platform.
Your Personal Data is collected either on the basis of your explicit consent, or is necessary for the execution of your orders (execution of a contract).
Thus, your Personal Data is collected in order to:

4. Recipients of your Personal Data
Your Personal Data is processed by WRG. They will not be transferred or made accessible to any third party subject to (i) any subcontractors of WRG for exclusively technical and logistical reasons (carriers, hosting and Site maintenance providers, payment and fraud, etc.) and (ii) any restructuring of WRG, including total or partial sale of assets, merger, absorption acquisition, demerger and more generally any reorganization operation.

5. Shelf life
WRG undertakes to use Personal Data only for the time necessary to achieve the purposes described above.
The Personal Data concerning you, collected and processed under the "Contact" section, will only be kept for the duration of the processing of your request. They will then be destroyed.
The Data relating to your orders will in principle be kept by WRG for a period not exceeding the applicable legal limitation periods. However, this Data will also be available for consultation on your customer account as long as it is active. As soon as your customer account is closed, this Data (i) will be archived for accounting and probationary purposes during the aforementioned limitation periods or (ii) will be destroyed if the said periods have expired.
Your bank details are not managed by WRG but by the secure payment manager STRIPE ( https://stripe.com/fr ) offered by WIX (https://www.wix.com)
Your Identification Data used, with your consent, for the purpose of sending newsletters and other WRG publications will be kept for a period of three years from their collection or your last contact (for example, a request for documentation or a click on a hypertext link contained in an email ; on the other hand, the opening of an email cannot be considered as a contact on your part).
Your customer account on the Site will remain active until you decide to close it.
In any case, you have the option at any time to close your account and/or unsubscribe from newsletters.
